This was a really bad experience. I lived here for about three years starting in 2022, and calling it “bad” honestly doesn’t even cover it. The only good leasing agent here was Crystal. She always answered calls promptly, unlike the two (AJ and Wanda), who never seemed to do anything. The property steadily went downhill during that time. Lived here since July 2025- amazing so far. Anything I’ve requested to be addressed has been taken care of within 1-2 business days- even the frivolous maintenance order I put in because I didn’t like how the faucet head was sitting on the kitchen sink. The complex is clean on the outside and the unit was thoroughly cleaned when I moved in. The buildings have elevators that come in handy with my big older dog and they also have no weight limits on pets which was honestly the selling point for me. Highly recommend
I have lived here since it was built, and have loved my time here. A lot of the staff lives here, and they go the extra mile to make it an enjoyable place to live. Joe does an outstanding job of keeping the dog park and walking areas clean. He greets me and my dog every time we see him and is always very kind and respectful. Azure is one of the best apartment complexes in the KC area. It is in a prime location with easy walking access to a several restaurants, AMC theater, and shopping. The amenities are well-kept, especially the pool. The staff are all so kind, and just truly amazing people who go above and beyond to help you out. (Saying that as someone who got locked out of my car with no phone or keys...) The apartments are very clean. The only downside is the absence of recycling on site, and the nearest recycling place is 15+ minutes away.... read more
me and my sister moved her a little while ago we love it here!!!, everyone is welcoming and maintenance is super quick .
