I been with the greenville n.c. location over 5yrs. July 2022 I asked for appointnent multiple times to no avail. After 2nd week in Aug. I called directly & was told no request was made. I was hung up on & when I phoned back it wasnt pleasant. Charge Nurse Jessica was sarcastic & didnt believe my dialysis team told me request was made though I followed up in person days prior.
