Brady was great. Appreciate him getting me squared away and on track!
A little old lady just walked up to me to watch how I used the virtual teller system. Was wonderful having a stranger watch me access my accounts. She said she spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the other lanes touch screen. This is not working well. Gotta love this system. Now only one lane has a virtual teller of the two lanes. The no virtual teller lane won't even accept deposits. Just a winning system here. Virtual teller system is a joke. Wait time to even get a virtual/video teller is the opposite of an improvement.... read more
