They don't have phone lines open after 5:30PM and then they don't have monthly statements ready on the first of the month. Seems like they would have them done by 6PM? I don't think they have their own data center??? On positive side they do have friendly and helpful staff on site.
Scheduling maintenance of the app and online banking at the 1st of the month is ridiculous. I haven’t been able to check any balances since Friday and each ATM is not printing out balances.
Always quick and easy service. The ladies at the front are always very nice and helpful.
