The building is full of defects. Whenever it’s windy, there’s a constant sound of metal hitting, and in winter this was the coldest condo I’ve ever lived in while in Toronto. Honestly, the worst place I’ve ever stayed. My one year here was miserable. The management is extremely rude, often shouting at residents and nitpicking over the smallest things. Great condo building with lovely amenities, but the property management and security people are the worst ever! Very rude and unprofessional, especially the lady property manager and the lady security (Sara), it’s time for the board to vote for a new management team! I will give 5 stars for the building, but 0 for the management team.
No Water for Two Days — Unacceptable! No water for over 10 hours yesterday, and again today — it’s noon and still nothing. No notice, no updates. Completely unacceptable, especially on a long weekend. This shows a clear lack of proper management.
The HVAC system is noisy, the layout of the unit probably is not designed by the architect, there is no place for furniture s,The building is expensive and located in prime area, but communication or response from management and concierge is extremely weak.
I am living in GTA for almost ten years, have been rent and seen a lot of condos, overall this condo is the worst I’ve ever rented. 100% pure garbage. U can hear ppls re walking and talking in the hallway when u staying in bedroom with the door closed. The quality of the room doors that the builder uses re really bad. Also the AC system always has a problem. You can’t sleep when the AC turns on, the noise from the AC fans re way more louder than the traffic outside. God knows how much the builder pays for the fans of the AC.... read more
