Valet parking was excellent from the moment we arrived. The service was stellar right from the start — we were greeted with two complimentary waters, almost as if they read our minds. When we walked into the room, it was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully set up. We’re loving it so far! TY
We'd a solid stay, the upgraded room was incredible and made our stay totally worth it. Staff members were helpful courteous and professional. A huge shoutout to the concierge and to the gentleman with great dark moustache at the front desk for providing assistance whenever needed!

Great hotel for a quick stay in Vancouver. The rooms are spacious for city-center standards, immaculate, and luxurious. Loved the bathrooms and L'Occitane products (though the scent choice is not my favorite). Bed was comfortable. Hotel is quiet. Service was great. Cons: -Not a ton of closet space/room for bags for 2-occupants (1 guest would have been fine). -There is restaurant-bar part of the fairly small lobby of this hotel serving a seafood heavy menu.
