The staff at this beautiful hotel is one of the reasons we love to vacation in Vancouver. Yasna warmly greeted us when we checked in and made sure we had all the important details before we went up to our room. She was meticulous and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is close to Robson, the Convention Centre and Stanley Park. Looking forward to future stays here! Also quiet.
Easy, hassle-free check-in and an impressively clean hotel. The room and common areas were spotless, and the staff made arrival quick and pleasant. A great overall experience.
We stayed here for 2 nights and we were so happy with the hotel and the service we received. The staff at the reception, room service and the rooftop bar were excellent! The location was close to many restaurants and the waterfront area. Thanks for the great hospitality!
