He is always very nice
Very friendly service, but I waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment to be called back. Only then was i notified that they needed to dilate my eyes for proper exam. I was not notified in advance of this and easily could have brought a driver if I'd known. Now I have to wait for another appointment to finish my exam.
Dr. Tran is always great to deal with. He explains everything thoroughly, and listens to any questions and comments, addressing any concerns on my part. I really recommend him and the Eastvale Azul Vision team.
