We had a great experience with 1516 Construction - Erik was very helpful and Kris was amazing with communication. They answered all my questions, gave great suggestions, and handled our entire project seamlessly. I had wanted a lighter wood ceiling then what they usually do so they went and bought some additional stain samples to try out so we could pick one that best fit our look. From the very beginning, 1516 Construction nailed it. Erik was attentive and excited to create our vision. He provided much needed guidance without ever coming across as overbearing. Kris was there for every single question we had leading into and through the construction process. We were on the hunt for a contractor to do a New patio, Driveway and roof for our home. We received numerous quotes from other contractors. Some higher and some lower. We just didn't feel comfortable with most except 1516. After research and referrals we decided to go with 1516. I am very glad we did. We absolutely love It. We got everything we wanted. We have gotten so many compliments on our new patio have referred 1516 to other as well. quality work for a fair price.

1516 construction did an incredible job on adding a back patio to our home! We met with many companies to compare and they were the only ones that would do exactly what we wanted (no posts). They took care of all the paperwork with hoa and city, and they did it quickly! They literally worked through the rain on some days to get it finished in a timely manner.
