We messaged on instagram. Got a good package quoted for Laser. I am asking for 3 areas of treatment. Scheduled a patch test. Showed and no one is there. Had to wait outside for over 20 minutes. It was about -15C that day. That’s ok… life happens right? Got the test done. Reached back to get appointments scheduled for treatment. No response. Tried instagram, calling multiple times…. Nothing. Once she did pick up and told me she was very busy with clients and that she would get back to me. Nothing. Very disappointing.
I recently went to Azul to get a mani/pedi, the service and quality was exceptional and can’t wait to revisit. Marbely was awesome and knows what she is doing. Love the new place.
Best place to get the Facial treatment and massage and threading.
