My experience with my unit did not go well. I promptly reached out to the company , but due to technical issues on their end they weren’t able to get back to me until 10 days later . When they realized what had happened they quickly did everything possible to make sure the issue was corrected. Although I did not have the best overall experience with my purchase. I got a customised set because my hair is naturally curly and undyed and they’re the perfect texture! The free hair consultation really helped me choose what style and I love using the clip from the travel bag to hang the hair up to dry. They’re super thick and even though it’s a curly texture there’s no matting (I’ve struggled with this before) I will definitely be purchasing again. Thanks!!
