Best service ever from an auto repair shop. We were treated as if our smog problem was as important to them as it was to us. Katie was so caring and professional. We are elderly and are very appreciative of the way our car was delivered to our home.
It’s hard to find a place to have your car serviced that checks all the boxes. This place did just that. I was traveling from Tennessee to Fremont, CA when my 2014 Forester’s clutch failed. I searched the area and found Aztek nearby with great reviews. Although the shop normally operates by appointment, Katie was able to take me in. The repair was completed in just one day. They took great care of my ford escape. I initially went to check my a/c, which they did an inspection for no charge. They found other things wrong with the car so I gave permission to fix them. They keep you updated and even show you the cost and fees before they work on it. They even lowered some of the costs for the service in the end so I ended up saving hundreds of dollars. I fully recommend this place.
