This shop did a major service and replaced a thermostat for my 2013 Cayenne. They were very thorough and detailed oriented, and made sure everything was done right. My advisor Katie was awesome - she was courteous, responsive, was patient with all my inquiries.

I was buying my first used vehicle, and I highly recommend this shop for a pre-purchase inspection! Katie was incredibly responsive, accommodating with scheduling, and wonderful to work with. The team was honest about the car’s condition and even gave me helpful advice on what to look for in a used vehicle. Jared performed the inspection, and I completely trusted his expertise. Great experience overall!

10/10 service! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car, and from the moment I arrived, I was treated with such kindness and hospitality. Katie was incredibly helpful/knowledgable and went above and beyond to fit me in on such short notice. This made what could have been a stressful experience super easy & a quick process overall. A huge thank you to Jared as well for taking the time to diagnose and fix my car! It’s rare to find a place that is not only knowledgeable and professional but also so trustworthy & honest.... read more
