Aztech recently installed a 15.47kw Aiko array DC coupled to a three phase SigEnergy SigenStor 30kW/48kwh battery stack. The initial consult with James was extremely prompt and informative. Jake and the whole installation crew were both efficient and very professional. Zarlee from the office of Aztech Solar consistently assisted us throughout the whole experience. We would highly recommend.
If planning on purchasing a system from this mob think twice, there their after installation help is non existent. In February my monitoring device lost all communications with the monitoring company. I advised Aztec of the situation to which I was told they would send someone out, this is a standard response as no one ever comes out, and I needed to contact them again this time they sent a request to the monitoring company for a solution, two months later I, now having the monitoring company’s email, I contacted them direct... read more
Would not recommend Aztech Solar. Company car with number plate- SO1AR being driven by a bearded middle age man was doing 130+ km/hr on the M15. Was tailgating myself passing a car in the overtaking lane and driving eradically. Not a good look.
Second 6.6KWH generation system added to my solar & batteries system previously installed . Product performance is going great. Easy to deal with local company. Installation team have done a great job.
