While I can’t rate by their work I can rate by the lack of follow up and lack of informing me when they planned on completing. They arrived without letting me know to repair my front steps when it was ready to rain at any moment. When I rescheduled they gave me a new time period which came and went. I had to follow up and was told that they can’t fix my stoop in the rain. What? Then why did they try to do it the first time? All of that said my confidence in their potential work quickly faded.
Excellent customer service, Alex and team truly care about their customers and it shows in their work.
Alex and his team do a wonderful job. He works with you every step of the way to ensure everything is done just the way you want it. We are very pleased with all the work he has done for us and will go back to him if we have anything we need done in the future.
Aztech workers just left. They did an excellent job on my yard and cleaned up everything. Thank you.
