First time i ever came was for tyres booked via my dad, $500 total for tyres & labour. No probelm. Come to pick up my car, "oh so that'll be $800" uh, no i was told an confirmed 500. "Oh well we did a wheel alignment and this and that" ok so no one asked you too? You chose to do that without asking so thats not my probelm, this idea that woman are stupid and will just pay is crazy cause I definitely am not the one. Great service! Car drives like a dream
First service and repairs were good. Done by an Asian fellow and a noticeably better when leaving their shop. However, the recent "repairs" done to my vehicle were well below par. Oil had been put in break fluid, over pressured tyres, steering tracking right, oil leak not fixed (but said they did), wrong windscreen wipers (they did fix after I pointed it out at pickup) and for a price which I'd expect better service from.
