Would not go back Our bad experience started when we came in and stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Sales asociates looked at us, but said nothing. We had to ask for someone to help us. We eventually found our own way upstairs to look at dresses. We had to carry our dresses to the fitting room. At one point, I wanted to try on the dress on the manequin. Great selection, no extras though I got my wedding dress at Azteca on sale for a great price. They had an enormous selection to choose from and several in my size which is unusual (2-4). They have dressing rooms that are plenty big and a friendly staff. Drawbacks would be that to have the dress cleaned and altered would have been $275 extra!! Luckily I did not have to have mine altered, and could get it cleaned at a local cleaners for $40 with coupon. They also charged extra for a garment bag to carry it home in which I thou... read more

BAD WEDDING SHOP DO NOT USE AZTECA WEDDING. This was the most horrible experience ever! After the initial sale of the dress every vist was horrible. The customer service is horrid. ONly a few employees are fluent in english. After wating one month we arrived for the final fitting ONLY to find out NOTHING had been done to the dress. We waited for 2 hours, then tried on the dress and the cups were distorted so the seamstress started over again. Not her fault she was put on the spot. THEN...when she finally finished the alterat... read more

SOO BAD I went here to try on dresses and waited at the counter for a few minutes before finally asking. The ladies who work there are dressed so unprofessional they look like janitors. I picked out a couple dresses in the MESS they call a bridal store and then asked to try one on. They gave it to me in a size HALF my size and said to try it on to see how it looked - they wanted me to buy it in the right size if I liked it! I would never get married in a dress I hadn't seen on! I left and WILL NOT be going back.
