I pulled in, they clearly saw me and nobody came up to greet me and asked me what I needed. It was very obvious I needed assistance and they ignored me.

Nothing but problems with these guys. I was referred to them by a friend of mine. I went in and met the owner, Tony. Tony told me to bring my car in the next day and he would look at it no charge. When I brought it in, he wasn't there. My friend said Tony is the only guy he trusts so wait for him. I tried in a couple days and was told Tony would be there Wednesday and to call then.
