I had just called to check on an application I put in through Indeed on Monday. I was told my application wasn't "very exciting" and that she was nervous viewing it. I haven't worked in book keeping but have loads of customer service experience and willing to learn. Not sure why I was met so rudely. And then told don't be offended as I hung up.

I have been buying steel from them on and off for 38 years, and picking up drops can save money if all you need is a few odd pieces to finish a job. They have always been friendly and helpful.

I called for a quote on some metal and the girl on the phone was very unhelpful. So I drove a half hour to come in and see if I could figure out what I needed and the girl at the desk was clearly the same girl I talked to on the phone. Very unhelpful especially for a new customer. I understand I can't walk around in the shop but for somebody to get out of their chair to assist me in finding the product I need would have been very easy.
