Aztec is an amazing company. We needed help with a lot of our audio/video components in our recently purchased home. Patrick is fantastic. He arrived on time, is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had to come back a second time to set up some more things and he was accompanied by his coworker, Owen who was great as well. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect and patiently explained everything to me (I’m not the most tech savvy). I highly recommend Aztec for any of your audio/visual needs.
Aztec was a superb TV consultant. I was particularly impressed by their 2 technicians, Patrick and Owen, who installed the new Samsung TV and provided a bit of training to use the remote.
I called Aztec Sound on a Friday and by Tuesday they had a technician, Owen, at my house diagnosing my system. Owen was very friendly and knowledgeable about the components. Although a different company performed the installation, Aztec Sound and Owen will be the "go to" for all future service.
I’ve been working with them for 16 or so years, as a customer. Two homes, total tech facelift, and great support. Recommend for Control4 and Josh.ai!
