Approximately a year and a half ago, Ricardo completed a custom 22 window (shutter) job on our home. Initially we were excited to have this project done by someone who spoke on warranties and quality product. Since the install, we’ve had six shutters break and/or need maintenance. I’ve communicated each of these discrepancies on several occasions with Ricardo via text message. Ricardo does reply however never shows up or calls back to schedule. Shutters are descent quality. We had our whole house done and two blades of the shutters broke and one of the doors is hanging low so doesnt shut correctly. We reached out to Ricardo twice and got an initial response then no follow up. Warrantee is non existent.
Ricardo did shutters for our last house and our new house on every window. He has also done our shades for sliding glass doors. He’s a great guy, uses a local, quality shutter product manufactured in Glendale, and has the best pricing and turn around time. Thank you Ricardo!
I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a long time and I keep forgetting to do so, sorry Ricardo. I can’t say enough good things about this guys work. I got great quality shutters and a fantastic price. I shopped around before I committed to this project and I couldn’t be happier about that I used this company for my project, he blew every one out the door with what he offers. Nobody was able to figure out a good design for my patio sliding door besides him and it came out great.
I had my sliding door shutters installed from a previous company in 2017 who is now permanently closed and I have had issues with one of the doors since then. The wheel has gotten off the track once before and never glided smoothly to begin with. I have a friend who recently had his house installed with shutters from Ricardo and only said great things about the quality of his work.
