My event is at the Botanical Gardens in SA and they have a contract with Aztec, when I called to get a quote, it wasn't sent to me after a week, I called back and they said they would send it another couple of weeks passed and nothing, when I called again, an intern answered and finally sent it. When I rec'd it, it was wrong, so I called back to have it corrected. Got my order wrong wehn I placed it and they ahd to redo it, failed to make changes whenI called and requested, did not remove damage waiver as I requested, and will not refund the damage waiver as "the contract has been closed " and I "should have requested removal at time of order." I did. Believe you me, I did. THe third time she printed the contract because she couldnt get it right, I guess she added it back on.Will never use again and will not reccomend.
