We’ve been a customer of Aztec of Florida, Jacksonville office, for 8 years and couldn’t be happier. They are extremely responsive, and their technicians—usually Pete—arrive quickly, usually the same day. Our copier rarely has issues, but when it does, Aztec always provides fast and reliable service. We highly recommend them!
Super thrilled with Aztec, they are our hero. We are not local to Florida and found them on the internet. Their postings were very informative and so I called them with our printer problem. Sure enough I got connected to James. He right away took ownership of the problem and spent quite some time trouble shooting with me. Aztec has AMAZING Service! This is a company that goes beyond customer service, Aztec PICKS UP THE PHONE, listens, and promptly takes care of new orders, supplies or service with the upmost consideration. Great Copiers, great prices but mostly a spectacular group of professionals to work with!
Very friendly people to deal with. I had to wait for parts to come in, which is currently a problem everywhere, but once they got the parts my printer was fixed the same day. Good service and good people.
