I had a hard fall onto my elbow and hip, swelling and pain immediately set in. I made an appointment for the next day. Ofelia gave me a great massage, more than that, helped loosen up fascia and decreased the inflammation. A big bonus, she resolved my plantar fasciitis that had been hurting for a couple weeks. Ofelia is a lifesaver, Her gift of listening to your body to work with healing the parts that have been screaming at you for years. She took the time to explain her work and let me decide what I felt was best. She also stayed late to help me after hearing how much pain and discomfort I had been dealing with for years.
