Great service. Kind people. I was happy to find the shop was open at 10:00am.
BEST customer service. Preston went way beyond the call off duty to get my e-bike rolling like a champ. Wish I could give 6 stars! Will 100% use again for my biking repairs/maintenance needs.
I had a special request for the bike shop. I am an avid Sim Racer and needed my ($400) steering wheel wrapped. They were not only able to accommodate me, they did an impeccable job! I actually had a 6hr race the next day and our team placed 4th in class!
I brought my son's bike in to replace the chain and they let me know that the chain didn't need to be replaced. Excellent customer service!
I adore the folks at this bike shop! They repaired my son's tire and were so friendly and kind to both of us. They made it a fun experience for my son, which they certainly didn't have to do. I never thought I'd be saying that a bike shop is a "vibe", but Aztec cycles definitely is. It just feels good be8ng in there.
