Preston at Aztec cycles is awesome! We brought in our new bike that was not shifting correctly and he diagnosed the issue in 30 seconds. He encouraged us to make a warranty claim so we wouldn’t have to pay for it. Then he wouldn’t even take any money for his time. Wow! Will definitely be back and bring our other bikes for him to check over. These guys know what they are doing.
I had a great experience. I called, asked a few questions about my repair job, got a quote, And then showed up and had my E-bike fixed within about 20 minutes. Job was done right, fast. And for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back next time I need something fixed. Hopefully not too soon though.
Honest and helpful. Needed a tire fixed quick, they got me in immediately and even tweaked the breaks for me a little bit.
