DO NOT USE AZTEC Construction, they will take your money and run besides doing a HORRIBLE job. We contracted with Mike Ghastin (Aztec CM) to remodel our commercial building after six or so months meeting with him and he seemed so honest. This was a major commercial remodel and he was the lowest bid. Turned out we made a bad choice with him as he did about 50% of the job and contractually was paid 75% and decided to not complete the contract and leave us all in debt with the subs he had hired by not paying them either. We were new in the area and I went on a recommendation from a neighbor. I need three rooms tiled ( not that big of an area) and I found out later that I was over charged by a lot and in one of the rooms I had wood tiles laid that don't even line up with each other properly.
I installed 1100 square feet of tile 8 weeks ago and have not been paid. Now the owner Mike Ghastin will not answer my phone call even after a notice to owner and a lien on his customers building...
