Service was horrible at communication while my vehicle was being serviced for almost a whole three weeks
Waited 2 hours for a $100 oil change. The pull my truck around and oil is leaking all over the ground. Aztec services locals and they have to care more attention to detail especially at that prices point.
Went in for an oil change appointment. Left with an oil change and scratch/small dent in my driver door. Looked at video footage of car and didn’t see scratch/dent on door in video. Claimed it was due to poor video quality but can’t visible see everything on car.
Scheduled 35 & 40,000 mile service done completely on time plus car was detailed shines like a new penny
