The owner purchased some equipment from me. First of all, he was very professional, and very easy to work with. Alfred came in with a good offer, and was straight and to the point. The equipment was picked up in a timely manner and I would do business with this him again in a heartbeat.

Long story short, awesome gym! Every time I go, the gym is cleaned up, weights are racked and the music always seem to get me motivated to smash a workout. The owner is very knowledgable in fitness, and has given some given me some great pointers on my routine. I'd recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about their health.

Wonderful gym, I have been a member for a year. This facility is very neat, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is equipped with all sorts of cardio machines, stationary bikes and weights. It is everything I need in one space. I will recommend this gym to all my friends and colleagues.
