If I could give zero stars I would. This title company “forgot” to have me sign a Sole and Separate form since we were selling my husbands home that he bought before we were married. They only discovered this after we had already closed on the sale. They are now trying to hurry and force me to sign this form and pay to have it notarized and sent back to them (we live outside of NM) even though this is their mess up on their end.
