From the first day at this place was a nightmare. if you really care about your love one you would not send them hear. Barely any heat number 1 rude staff. good luck seein there dr hes barely ever there. They left my grandma in the cold for 10 min outside waiting for transfer van and she only had a t shirt on. Awful place. Smells like cat piss, staff lounging around with call bells going off. Could not even tell if they worked there dressed in pjs and crocks.
I had an interview there about a month ago but what I heard coming out of there mouths was something I really couldn’t work for. Everything was lies that’s how the management team operates they lie there way through the interview. I wasn’t impressed and of course the states in there all the time if I had to rate there performance from 1 to 10 my rating would be negative 1
Please consider contacting the governor and the federal officials regarding conditions that are beyond proper care for any human being. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of economic status. If these caregivers take an oath and not able to abide by the oath-for God sake find another job. I truly believe that they will get exactly in return what they have done or not doing to help the most vulnerable people in society. You will reap what you have sown.
