My pup had appt. For regular checkup Dr. Merlin and Drew were friendly, professional and thorough with his exam - they explained everything and gave me great options for his care
From the moment we walked in we were treated amazingly. Dr. Medlin treated our pup like her own. She was professional, full of knowledge, and patiently answered all of our questions.
Scheduled an appt on line, when I got there they couldn't find me in their system. Suggested I leave my dog & they would try to work her in. I said no. Then the receptionist said if you want I'll call across the street to ask if you scheduled with them! (Lovet)! I told her no & that I had scheduled with them. She repeated herself with the same comment. I'll call across the street..... I wonder how some people even get jobs! Very unhappy with them!
Copper my dachshund loves it here even though he barks at everyone as if he was a Rottweiler lol. But both the vet and the vet tech were amazingly soft and so nice to copper discussed Anxiety meds for him step by step. I thought I was going to get scolded by the Vet cause I hadn’t had copper’s shot updated. But instead said we all do it once awhile . Life moves so fast nowadays ! I would recommend this vet.
