They basically make disposable products. You get what you pay for. In this instance, just cheap chinese junk.
I received an Azpen tablet with Bluetooth keyboard for Christmas. When I tried connecting the keyboard it was not working. I contacted them in the evening the following day and received a call from Mike Glasscock immediately. He helped troubleshoot the issue and when a solution could not be found, he mailed me a new keyboard. It connected immediately. The customer service has been phenomenal.
