The food , atmosphere and vibe was absolutely tremendous, BUT, the customer service of Sebastian was WHAT DID IT. he was very welcoming , kind, and if I had to give a rate, it would be a 10 out of 10
WORST PLACE FOR A WATCH PARTY -unorganized -understaffed -they wanted us to watch the World Cup with the tv on SILENT!!! We had to ask many times for the volume to be turned up -tv disconnected and shut off many times - 1 WAITER FOR EVERYONE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE!!!!!! -Staff had no idea what order went where -Took 45 minutes to get drinks after ordering, took 2 hrs to get my meal -food came out cold DEFINATELY NOT WORTH THE PAY- AZOTEA DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO THROW A WATCH PARTY
I would like to complain regarding my interaction with Tess. I called about being overcharged for items I purchased earlier this day, and instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Tess became confrontational and argumentative. She ultimately hung up on me before resolving the issue.I was overcharged by $30 and had the receipt to prove where the mistake was.
