My experience with them during Flight 4233 to Boston was an absolute disaster, marked by abysmal communication and a total lack of duty of care for their passengers. I booked round trip BUSINESS CLASS TICKET from Montreal to Rome on Azores Airlines website. They took my money, but gave me economy flight. When I called them within 24 hours of booking - several times - to rectify the situation, they simply said they couldn't do anything about it and woud charge me over $400 per ticket if I cancelled. Throughoit this ordeal, I called TAP Portugal , I shared my story with the TAP rep and he told me I wasn't the first to whim this happed with Azores Airlines, and he hears this a lot. ✅️ 9/8/25. It's unfortunate that due to a lack of options, people have & systemic failures to travel to certain destinations, and they have little alternative but to use your services again. A family member used it last year, and sadly, they needed to utilize your agency again on 9/8/25 in Boston, MA, Your service is beyond poor quality standards.
