Called them on a Saturday late afternoon had a friend that was visiting from Detroit a Mercedes S63 AMG with a flat tire on specialty rims in an odd size. Hugo knew exactly which tires/rims they were from the photo and was able to recommend a repair service on a Sunday. The car was parked in valet at the Hazleton and everywhere else was saying we would have to have it towed to their shop on Monday.
