My first time here and they didn't disappoint! I had a gel pedicure and I did the dip on my finger nails. I recommend everyone to come here! Thank you and I will be back!
Yikes! Not relaxing or nurturing for good healthy nails. Sanitation and labor practices are seriously concerning. Pedi appt was 11am. started 20min late. The tech kept gloves on from the previous person and she seemed super rushed with me, especially during the cuticle trims (big toes nicked twice, no blood)...No intros, in fact, no talking at all....just taps on my feet with bossy eyes and head nods as the over-seers watched, turned on the TV news station for himself and rushed the three nail techs from person to person. I would not recommend this salon based on my experiences. The acrylic nails consistently come out crooked, uneven in length, and often do not match the shape that was requested. Despite clearly communicating what I wanted, the final result was disappointing multiple times. What was even more upsetting was how my sister was treated during her appointment. Everyone here is super nice and I’ve never had a bad experience till now. I booked an appointment for a fill for 12:30pm and although I got seated right away my nail tech person kept getting up and leaving to do someone else’s nails who didn’t have an appointment and got them out before me. I waited 3+ hours for a basic set of French tips with no design. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Came in as a walk-in and it was my first time here. I will absolutely be returning! Everyone was so sweet and my manicure is super clean, and my nails were shaped perfectly. I wish I would’ve come here sooner!
