SO AWFUL I have had so many issues with this place. First of all you spend more time in the waiting room than you do with a dentists or hygenist. For example I had a 9:45 appointment, got there like 5-10 minutes early and waited. There was nothing to do expect watch the stupid tv. WAITING ROOMS SHOULD HAVE MAGAZINES! So I was panicing since I have a mild fear of the dentist. Dr Azizi-Oral Surgeon Dr Azizi is a very patient, caring individual who has been taking care of my special needs child. He listens to our concerns, and together we come up with a plan that is best for my child, NOT what will make the office money-he even referred us to a special needs surgeon who specializes in medicare and medicaid and is part of U of Florida. He is concerned more witht the welfare of my child than making a buck. I would refer anyone needing oral surgery to take the time and get to know him.
No pain control!! I have never in my life needed pain medicine for anything. I went in with a massive infection--per Dr Bison, the denist, I have been going there for many years and never had any issues with my teeth. I had a very painful infection and was prescribed antibiotics!! I had to beg for pain medicine and then I only recieved Ibprofen. I have never asked for pain pills in all the years I had been going there but when you have an infection I think pain medicine is a given until the antibiotics have time to work. If ... read more
RUDEST ORTHODONTIST EVER!!!!!!! I moved to Orlando from Palm Bay, FL a few months ago, and I needed to go to an orthodontist to check up on my retainers. Usually its hard to find an orthodontist that takes "transfers", but when I asked the hygenist at the dentist's office she said it would be okay. About a month passes (I was there in March, had my appointment in April) and I arrive for my 1:00 appointment at about 12:50 (just to make sure I was on time).
