I bought my glasses last year, and recently one of the arms broke. I came into the store hoping it could be repaired. Farhan went above and beyond to help. He tried his best to fix the glasses, but unfortunately the manufacturer no longer had replacement parts for my old model. Long time coming but I went there a "couple 😅" of times 6 months ago and I appreciate the services and help Aziz provided. I first met Grace who showed me the different glasses available and tried some of them on. A few weeks later, Jay informed me about the specs customization, notably the photochromic lenses. Additionally they helped me with some insurance issues.
