My wife had an appointment with Dr.Aziz Humaira scheduled for 9:15 AM, but despite arriving on time, she was only seen at 10:45 AM - a 90minutes wait. The delay was frustrating and there was no clear communication or apology for the extended wait time. Additionally, her behavior during the appointment was dismissive and unprofessional, making the experience even more disappointing. The patient’s deserve respect for their time and a higher standard of care. Unfortunately, the visit didn’t meet expectations.

Poor customer service. An hour plus waiting time EVERY APPT. No empathy. They only care about $$$$. 0/10. Go elsewhere.

This doctors office discriminate based on insurance. When you call to schedule an appointment, the first thing they ask is what insurance do you have and if you say Medicaid, they will act like their system won't allow them to schedule you because of missed appointments from years ago. Thank you Dr Aziz for helping me bring our bundle of joy into the world.. Thank you for taking care of me and my son.. My pregnancy journey was awesome because of you.. I enjoyed every second of it! I couldn’t be more thankful.. Thank you for all of your help! You’re the best!
