Started off being rude and cancel my appointment twice without any reasons said doctor wasn’t there every single time I went, then proceeded to reschedule my appointment but same thing over and over again, needed my medication but they didn’t give it to me and refused it. Very unprofessional and do not recommend at all.
Doctor is great very unprofessional. The only problem he doesn't wear gloves. He comes in and starts examining. His nails are disgusting. Have respect for your patients please.

As a new patient, I was hoping for a physician who would take time to listen, ask questions, and engage with my concerns. Notice the call timer- called to speak to staff and still on hold- over what is shown on the screen. This doctor does not answer calls- when faxed and contacted regarding medication being out and needing refill auth NO RESPONSE weeks now out of husband testosterone therapy script while waiting for a May appt that he referred my husband and out for - leaving him without his meds for months. No help! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! Ever since Crystal left, my husband has had no good experience here! Find someone else!
