First time there they were very friendly and professional. They doctor was professional and stright to the point with my mom. Overall great experience.
The doctor was completely uncooperative and rushed through the examination, not allowing the patient to explain their symptoms. The organization of the nurses was also terrible; we sat for over an hour and a half waiting for our turn, and when we finally asked, the nurse had placed our papers on another table, forcing us to register for a new appointment. Extremely rude and staff at front desk talks bad about clients
I was here since 8 am waiting to be seen. My appointment was at 10 so I came earlier because I had a conflicting event. The rude lady in the front said they didn't attend until 9:30. Fine, I waited in the car. Went back in at 9:20, the entire time they had been attending. Whatever, I sit and waited for my turn. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT ENTERED WAS BEING PASSED BACK IMMEDIATELY TO BE SEEN EXCEPT FOR ME. ( even people who had appointments at 10 like me!! ) I walked out at 10:20. I was never seen.
