⚠️⚠️ Very disappointing experience. The doctor was rude and unprofessional during the appointment and did not treat patients with respect. I felt rushed and my concerns were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I’ve been trying to call the clinic to reschedule my appointment. I’ve left a message and called several times, but I haven’t received a response yet. I understand that the phone may not always be answered right away, as you could be assisting another patient or on another line. However, being in “busy mode” for the entire day is a bit surprising. I had a partial ingrown toenail removal done by this general surgeon and it was an extremely distressing experience. She began cutting about five minutes after administering local anesthesia, repeatedly telling me I “shouldn’t feel anything.” I very much did. After cutting both sides, I was screaming and begging her to stop. My daughter in law was referred to Dr Aziz after a mammogram/ultrasound confirmed a lump in breast as highly suspicious of cancer. First of all she arrived almost 30 minutes late for the appointment. Yes, she arrived late and it didn’t get any better after that. Unfortunately on examination she couldn’t find the lump and only found it when my son asked her to feel my daughter in law sitting up.
