Very unprofessional office, specially from the nurse. They also never answer the phone.
Dr. Aziz is AWESOME but his staff is horrible. Can be rude at times and they rarely answer the phone on the appointments line nor the nurses line and no matter how many voicemail's I leave, my phone calls are NEVER returned! Also, they are unorganized, no matter how many times I have stuff faxed to them, they will say they did not receive it which is highly unlikely if it was faxed by the outpatient center numerous times.
The staff and the doctor are very helpful and friendly but the staff are very unprofessional when it comes to returning your calls or following up with the Appointments which is very when you're trying to make an appointment for a week and no one is returning your calls.
