I know several people that have been to this doctor they are all disgusted with him and his staff don't ever go here unless you want to die worst Doctor ever
I saw the reviews and thought I was in for an experience but it turned out to be one of the best doctors visits. I’ve had quick and easy in and out very responsive from office. Scott helped me no problem walked in and had my procedure within a month would recommend
This Doctor is amazing... I had a golf ball size bladder stone that 3 different hospitals overlooked. The last hospital Valley View in Mohave Valley the smallest hospital out of them all took care of business. Dr. Azher Bashir did the surgery to remove the stone and he did a great job. I was in pain for 4 years. It all started with a kidney stone, a stent, and a terrible doctor. The stent was left in for 2 years because the doctor would not remove it. Scheduling is horrible. We drive in from Lake Havasu, about 1 hr and 45 minutes away. First we showed for an appointment to be told he had an emergency, was not there. Then scheduled a procedure at 7:00am. We spent the night at the AVI. Went for procedure which never got scheduled. I spoke with the office staff several times the day before, because the cardiologist hadn’t sent approval to proceed yet. The incompetence of the office staff is horrible.
It seems to me like since they are the only urologist in the area, they can treat their patients like crap and get away with it. We regularly have to wait anywhere from 2 to 4 hours after our appointment time to be seen. The office manager is extremely unprofessional and treats adults like they are children. Constantly interrupting and not hearing anything they tell her. It's really sad we have to deal with stuff like this.
