Derek did our initial assessment for pest control services. He was very thorough and professional. I have a large house and property. After his inspection, he walked the property with me showing where he found pack rat nests, Black widows, ant infestations and wasp neats. He took care of all these immediately and set me up with a routine service. He and other team members are always very courteous and professional.
