I need to add to my review. Today, 7/10/24, I spoke with DORY at AZEX, and told her that a packrat had again invaded my car and ripped off the tube that goes from the window wash tank pump so that I can't wash the windshield. DORY was fabulous. Even though my last visit from AZEX was on 6/24/24, she sent out ANTHONY, who is also wonderful, to come and refill the bait stations. I had my car keys stolen out of a rented U-Haul. Weeks later when I had finally decided I’d never find them DERRICK an employee of AZEX pest solutions found them on the side of the road and told his boss. Because my keychain said Prescott high school Mtn bike they they made the effort to drive across town to the high school and turned them into the front desk where they made their way back to me. Anthony was able to respond to urgent request with in a couple hours. He was knowledgeable and very through. Most of all he was honest. Great Customer Service. Highly Recommend! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
