I am updating this review to a (4) star rating at this time because they did addressed our issues; however it took a negative review to get them to do so. I would have put it to a (5) star, but yet another issue came up where the original sales person who took an order never actually submitted the order for shipping, even after he sent me a confirmation email. We are not a huge customer, but thankfully his boss has stepped in and she is taking care of the account now.
We have purchased the same product from them for months now. 96 tips per rack, 5 racks per pack, 10 packs per case all for $950 per case. Ordered our typical order last time around and guess what showed up at our door? 96 tips per rack, 2 RACKS PER PACK, 12 Packs per case all for $950 per case. They cut the quantity in half of the case, but kept the same price, and didn't tell anyone about it at all. Then they say "Oh we had to get these in from overseas."
