I ended up in Valley West ER for a kidney stone (my first). They lined me up with Dr. Haleem for a follow-up visit. He was very thorough and professional. He walked me through what was going on and what I needed to do to prevent stones from happening again. He took time with me to understand everything.
I recommend you don't see Dr. Haleem. For anything.
Very hard to schedule appts with staff and get a call back. When I finally got an appt for an emergency infection a week later... Made me drink a ton of water and then made me wait 30 minutes to see dr. I warned them I was about to explode and finally left and gave up. Save yourself the time and go to the emergency room.
After making us show for a 7:45 am appt. Was sent away without being seen over collections by Kishwaukee Health System which is THEIR mistake. Still in severe pain and will never trust a doctor that puts billing over emergency care. Dr. Haleem could very well be a great doctor but I'll never know because of Kishwaukee's incompetence. Sad fact, this is not the first time Kishwaukee has left me or my family in severe pain over billing errors. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Dr Haleem and nurse Reba are always pleasant and professional.
