Great products and staff
I initially gave this company a 5-star review, but I’m now changing it to 1 star. Do not hire this company! You are only dealing with a sales representative on WhatsApp who takes several days to respond. The actual work is outsourced to technicians who do not speak English, making it extremely difficult to get any explanations on how to use the system, the app, or the equipment. Fantastic and Professional company to deal with. Contacted them and Elmir promptly showed up for a site assessment and made recommendations for the camera system I was interested in having installing at my home. After confirming the specifics of the project we scheduled an installation date and time. On the day of, the installers called me to let me know they would be arriving 20 minutes prior and arrived on time as promised.
