Why is it so difficult to get customer service? I've waited for half an hour and just disconnected it. It was not so with Bell.
It was very nice to deal with Elmir. He is very supportive. His team installed cameras at my house 3 years ago. He still supports in case if I need some help or have any questions.
If you are looking to install a security camera system look no further then this place. The installers are the most kind, patient and professional people you will ever meet. They take pride in thier work and will insure you are 100 percent satisfied when they are done. This is probably the first review I have ever completed. They deserve it. Thank you ounce again for the great job.
Great products and staff
I initially gave this company a 5-star review, but I’m now changing it to 1 star. Do not hire this company! You are only dealing with a sales representative on WhatsApp who takes several days to respond. The actual work is outsourced to technicians who do not speak English, making it extremely difficult to get any explanations on how to use the system, the app, or the equipment. On top of that, the nvr breaks down after just 1-2 years and stops recording. Now I have to hire another company to fix the issue. Very disappointin... read more
