Fantastic staff terrific experience!
I came in for the field printing. I showed up 25 minutes before my appointment and the attendant took me right in. They were quick and professional.
Came in for a drug test for the first time for new job. Was dreading it because office was packed.Then, figured it would be like concentra and take four or five hours. The lady Angela working by herself, literally doing everything on a Saturday. I've had at least fifteen to twenty of us.In and out, in less than forty five minutes.
Fairly quick process, but I think they should have more than 1 person on staff on Saturdays. I went first thing in the morning but Angela still seemed frazzled or overworked. I asked what panel I was being tested for, as my employer didn’t specify, and she said she couldn’t give that information when she could. It is printed on my receipt, so I was still able to find out, but I think they could staff some more support so she doesn’t feel so rushed.
Scheduled an appointment told me not to be late and there is a lobby packed with people. Guy in here really needs to go but she is not helping him out. I am just here for a figure print and even with that, a lady just walked in saying that she needed 2 figures redone. Like dam will I need to come back? Idk if you have time to kill and have a charged phone you should be good. May want to start drinking water when you get here and let your boss know it's going to take awhile. Anyway, I am waiting..........
