I found Azarvand Tax Law through Thumbtack and they responded within 30 minutes. I explained that I had made a nontaxable withdrawal from my Roth TSP account but since I did not receive a 1099, I did not report it. Two years after the withdrawal, I received a notice indicating I owed over $93k in taxes, penalties and fees.
