⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Kevin R. Pelio regarding a retail space at K Plaza in Metuchen. Last year I contacted the brokerage and was shown a ground-level space quoted around $20,000/month, which was far outside my budget. At that time, I was told the smaller space I originally inquired about was already taken. Recently I noticed the “For Lease” sign is still posted, so I stopped by the property again. Trash company !!!!! They don’t respond any emails and requests but they will send you email and ask for rent .
Negligent, cheap and irresponsible "managers", if you can even call them that. This once beautiful property now looks like a garbage dump.
Unresponsive and seemingly a huge pile of trash - especially James.
