I called Dr. Azarcón because was the md on call for my regular clinic. I had tested positive for COVID 2 1/2 days before and had been miserable especially at night with a terrible cough, lack of sleep and general body ache. I had heard of an antiviral medication that helped lessen the symptoms I had. Dr. Azarcon was very unprofessional with me. He jokes about my health condition. He forgets to write medication and when he doesn't forget, it's not the correct medication. He was not there for me when I needed him the most. He forgets about my health record every time I visit.
Dr. Azarcon was very unprofessional with me. He jokes about my health condition. He forgets to write medication and when he doesn't forget, it's not the correct medication. He was not there for me when I needed him the most. He forgets about my health record every time I visit.
He seems to know what he's talking about, but he did not ask very many questions or let me explain my history, which is full of information I believe would help. Instead, he jumped right in to prescribing me a medication that didn't end up working. So now we're trying another. He seems to be taking the trial and error approach, which I don't appreciate, seeing as my health is on the line.
