I have always had the best customer service and honest opinion from Azar VCR & TV Service. I have taken in many different items and till this day i commend them on there excellent service. What i mean by honest opinion is that they will let you know if it is worth fixing, of course they will still do the job but they just lets you know what is out there. This is an excellent place and great price....
Worst customer service ever I called 9am 4/21/08 and made appointment with Azar VCR & TV Service to pick up my Samsung TV for repair work at 3pm. I called 2:30pm to confirm our appointment but Roberto said they were to busy and they needed to move our appointment to anywere between 3pm and 4pm. I explained that I had to go out of town but I said OK and waited. Around 3:45pm I called again but Alex said because I moved the appointment to 4pm he could not help me anymore and that I had to wait until the next day?? If they told... read more
